As a Mechanical Engineer & Sprint Kayaker, Kim has spent more hours paddling with a power meter than anyone else on this planet. He has an absolute wealth of knowledge on how to get the most out of training and racing with a power meter. Kim leads our Mechanical Design and Manufacturing teams.
Darrell has over two decades working as a sport scientist/coach (at AIS and HPSNZ), including helping multiple world champions train for the Olympic Games and World Championships. Darrell has co-authored a significant number of studies investigating kayaking performance and he is no stranger to the water himself, having paddled flat water kayaks, surf skis and outrigger canoes for over 20 years.
